Job Description
Bilingual inbound sales representative helping Extra Space Storage customers reserve suitable units. Delivering phone-based customer service from home while earning commission.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers who call with storage needs
- Reserve the best storage unit for each customer's individual needs
- Deliver amazing customer service
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative call-center environment
- Receive coaching to maximize monthly commission and support career progression
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be eligible
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Ability to connect over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background and drug screening
- Able to work 1 weekend day
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
