Job Description

Bilingual Transaction Coordinator managing end-to-end transactions for real estate investors. Collaborating with clients and ensuring contract compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end transaction process specifically for real estate investors.
  • Monitor agreements, ensure contracts stay on track, and track deal progression.
  • Oversee contractor and agreement payments to ensure they are completed per contract terms.
  • Handle the client’s daily inbox, organize folders, and manage all follow-up correspondence.
  • Conduct professional follow-ups via email and cold calling (Note: This is an administrative follow-up, not sales).

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of 1 year in real estate support, transaction coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing high-volume email inboxes.
  • Must speak very clear English with no heavy accent, as you will be communicating directly with U.S.-based clients.
  • Direct experience working with Real Estate Investors is required. Experience solely with real estate agents will not be considered.
