Job Description
Regional Manager overseeing sales and account management in Southern California for Western Union. Leading teams to exceed revenue goals and improve market performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee account management, marketing, sales, and overall network performance.
- Manage assigned Account Executives and Territory Sales Executives.
- Develop plans to increase revenue and profit through team leadership.
- Lead field sales teams to exceed Signing & Activation Goals.
- Analyze market data and Company reports to improve market performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in sales or other relevant fields is required.
- Previous experience in a sales management role preferred.
- Experiences in the supermarket, mass merchandising, or the check-cashing industry preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Prior money transfer or financial services experience is preferred.
