Job Description

Bilingual Sales Representative supporting Nysonian's growth in South America. Managing sales opportunities, building client relationships, and conducting product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across South America, expanding market reach and revenue potential
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities, maintaining a structured pipeline and driving deals to closure
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and online merchants
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to secure partnerships and close deals
  • Manage leads and opportunities within CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation and pipeline visibility
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates while staying informed on regional e-commerce trends and customer behavior

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail environments
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
  • Strong understanding of online retail, marketplaces, and e-commerce operations, with familiarity with platforms such as Shopify
  • Proven ability to manage a structured sales pipeline, close opportunities, and consistently meet revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience working with Latin American markets and familiarity with sales automation tools and reporting in fast-paced, remote environments
