Job Description
Senior Lead Account Executive providing operational support and managing projects for global partners at Capital One. Role includes onboarding, issue resolution, and coaching team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provides operational business support for business partners
- Project managing partner onboarding
- Conducting training on tools and systems
- Leading operational projects to implement new products, releases, and solutions
- Resolving escalated customer issues
- Managing operational relationships with large, complex partners
- Coaching and training junior team members
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of payments industry experience within financial services
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or Engineering (Preferred)
- 8+ years of payments industry experience within financial services (Preferred)
