Job Description
Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner managing diverse roles in sales and project management for GE Vernova. Collaborating with hiring managers to build effective teams and enhance recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and engage talent using advanced techniques to identify and attract active and passive candidates — building targeted talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, advising hiring managers and senior leaders on recruiting strategy, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability to support informed, timely decisions.
- Conduct complex offer negotiations, translating market data and candidate motivations into outcomes that are fair and compelling for both the candidate and the company.
- Promote an inclusive experience at every stage of the process — ensuring the recruitment journey is fair, transparent, and leaves every candidate with a positive impression of GE Vernova.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and turning recruitment metrics — such as source of hire, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion rates — into actionable recommendations for the business.
- Mentor junior team members on sourcing and screening best practices, and contribute to broader recruitment projects aimed at strengthening our employer brand across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and stakeholder advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to influence recruitment strategy and advise senior leaders using data and market trends.
- Strong track record negotiating complex offers and managing competing priorities among stakeholders.
- Experience managing candidate data and requisitions accurately within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex recruitment metrics into clear, relevant recommendations for the business.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English — you will interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders in both languages, written and spoken.
Benefits:
- Competitive and comprehensive benefits
- Continuous learning opportunities
- Clear career path to build a dynamic career
