Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions in Fleet and Car Care operations. Partnering with hiring leaders to attract and engage top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume positions, including sourcing, pipelining, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and SME to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability trends, and recruiting best practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, establish service expectations, and build strong working relationships.
  • Lead the offer process end-to-end, including salary analysis, offer recommendations, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to manage daily operations, drive decisions, influence positive change, and achieve staffing goals.
  • Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Foster collaborative, customer-focused partnerships with hiring managers, HR Partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment system records to ensure compliance, data integrity, operational excellence, and adherence to established processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least two years of Talent Acquisition experience supporting the full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Knowledge of EEO guidelines, state and federal employment regulations, recruiting and sourcing techniques, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Talent Acquisition best practices, processes, and labor market trends.
  • Strong organizational, planning, time management, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influence collaboration and alignment, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to leverage recruiting data and metrics to guide hiring decisions, drive recruiting activities, and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Workday ATS, including candidate management, tracking, and reporting (preferred).
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for transportation, fleet, towing, automotive, skilled trades, or field-based operations (preferred).
