Job Description

Branch Manager overseeing day-to-day sales operations in Indianapolis, focusing on performance and team management. Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve operational goals and service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Responsible for its performance, service quality, team, and financial results.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to set and carry out operational goals.
  • Drive the sales team daily to reach their quotas and performance goals.
  • Oversee daily workflow of the branch and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and weekly branch meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Formal leadership training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with FieldHub.
  • Proficient with HubSpot.
