Job Description
Branch Manager overseeing day-to-day sales operations in Indianapolis, focusing on performance and team management. Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve operational goals and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Responsible for its performance, service quality, team, and financial results.
- Work closely with senior leadership to set and carry out operational goals.
- Drive the sales team daily to reach their quotas and performance goals.
- Oversee daily workflow of the branch and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct daily team meetings and weekly branch meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Formal leadership training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with FieldHub.
- Proficient with HubSpot.
