Job Description

Business Analyst shaping academic affairs transformation at Arden University, a flexible higher-education provider. Translating complex needs into requirements, process improvements, and systems change.

Responsibilities:

  • Join the Provost’s Office at the centre of the University’s strategic transformation
  • Uncover business needs and translate them into high-quality requirements specifications
  • Work with Product Teams, Academic Affairs leaders, and Professional Services
  • Lead discovery and analysis of new opportunities
  • Champion smarter and more efficient processes
  • Provide trusted insight to senior decision-makers, including the Provost and Product Owners
  • Support initiatives from early-stage exploration through testing, launch, and hypercare
  • Help ensure new systems and processes are robust, user-centred, and aligned with the University’s long-term vision
  • Shape strategic priorities and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in Academic Affairs

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of relevant extensive work experience, demonstrating deep, specialised and/or broad knowledge gained through progressively more complex roles
  • Strong ability to analyse complex problems, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Confident working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and diverse stakeholders to build alignment and drive outcomes
  • Skilled in mapping, evaluating, and enhancing processes
  • Experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements for new initiatives
  • Comfortable supporting end-to-end project lifecycles from discovery and design through testing, launch, and hypercare
  • Able to present complex information clearly and persuasively to decision-makers at all levels
  • Analytical, collaborative, and forward-thinking professional able to thrive in complex environments
