Job Description
Contract Business Analyst translating complex CPQ pricing, product hierarchies and discount logic for AND Digital, a digital delivery and technology company. Bridging commercial, pricing and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with Product, Sales and Finance teams to understand and document complex pricing rules, product structures and contract requirements
- Analyse and map As-Is and To-Be product catalogues, including digital/physical products, bundles, hierarchies and tiered pricing
- Translate complex business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria, including Given/When/Then scenarios
- Work closely with developers and technical teams delivering Salesforce CPQ and/or Enterprise Product Catalogue solutions
- Partner with QA teams to develop and coordinate complex UAT and test scenarios
- Ensure pricing calculations, product rules and constraints work as expected
- Act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and accurately delivered
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with complex product and pricing catalogues within enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of CPQ, pricing logic, product hierarchies, bundles and discount structures
- Experience analysing, configuring or managing Enterprise Product Catalogues
- Salesforce CPQ+ and/or Salesforce Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) experience is highly desirable
- Experience translating complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong UAT, testing and requirements management experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, product and technical teams
- Experience within Energy, Utilities or Telecoms would be a valuable addition
