Job Description
Business Analyst contributing to client's success through technical enablement at fintech company. Managing client requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client MSP accounts, managing ongoing communication, timelines, and deliverables so clients always know where things stand.
- Lead discovery sessions and client meetings to gather, clarify, and document requirements—translating business needs into clear, actionable specs for the technical team.
- Advise clients on standard Practifi functionality versus custom builds, guiding them toward best-practice solutions that maximize value.
- Coordinate with Technical Consultants, Client Success, and leadership to keep projects on track and resolve issues before they escalate.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, requirements analyst, or client-facing consulting role within SaaS, fintech, or professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings independently and demonstrate value of technical projects, translating business needs into actionable plans.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
