Job Description
Business Analyst improving Salesforce, NetSuite, automation, and financial analysis for Pearce’s critical infrastructure services. Supporting M&A integration and strategic technology initiatives across U.S. operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Analytics Manager, Finance team, and executive leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives
- Architect, enhance, administer, and support a company-wide technology platform with the Data Analytics team and Salesforce developers
- Develop, administer, and optimize Salesforce solutions
- Implement NetSuite process improvements, system enhancements, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into scalable system and technology solutions
- Test, implement, document, and support adoption of new systems, integrations, and functionality
- Identify and automate field and administrative processes
- Analyze workflows, pain points, operational bottlenecks, and existing processes
- Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve information flow
- Perform margin and other financial analyses with Finance
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities
- Develop analyses supporting process improvements, operational decisions, and cost savings
- Use advanced Excel and analytical tools to model and interpret business and financial data
- Transform data into actionable recommendations for business leaders
- Support M&A integration activities, including systems, data, processes, and reporting integration
- Support strategic initiatives and standardize processes and technology across integrated businesses
- Build relationships across Finance, Data Analytics, Technology, Operations, and field teams
- Facilitate best-practice sharing and support training and user adoption
- Communicate technical and analytical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Independently identify issues, evaluate solutions, and move initiatives forward
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, product management, business analysis, data analytics, or a related discipline; strongly preferred
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience; strongly preferred
- 2+ years of programming experience with Apex and the Salesforce environment; preferred
- Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform; strongly preferred
- Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence and visualization platform is a plus
- Experience with data warehouses, including Snowflake, is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and working with large datasets; required
- Strong information management and data organization skills
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear processes, requirements, and solutions
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior executives, corporate teams, and remote field personnel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
