Job Description

Business Intelligence Analyst creating client-facing analyses and reusable data products for Doximity’s clinician platform. Applying SQL, Python, and healthcare datasets to identify medical-professional behavior patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product, Strategic Analytics, Client Success, and Sales teams to create client-facing analyses
  • Create data products from scratch and automate code for reuse by other teammates
  • Continue improving technical and non-technical skill sets
  • Leverage extensive datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals on the platform
  • Develop toward a presentation/communication-focused role or deeper technical challenges

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of experience illustrating collaboration, passion for data, reliability, precision, curiosity, and respect for teammates and clients
  • Excellent SQL skills with proven ability to create and evaluate complex SQL statements involving numerous tables and complex relationships
  • Fluent in Python and experience using common modules (numpy, pandas, statsmodels, matplotlib) for EDA
  • Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of statistics and visualization
  • Experience working with data visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using AI coding assistants and building AI-leveraged workflows
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
  • Experience presenting data to a non-technical audience
