Job Description
Teilzeit-Honorartrainer:in bei WBS TRAINING für Controlling- und Business-Intelligence-Kurse. Begleitung von Lernenden mit Power BI, KI-Tools und Flipped-Classroom-Didaktik.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for learners’ success and motivation
- Supporting and mentoring learners as a coach in the flipped classroom model
- Encouraging active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Facilitating discussions about learned material through innovative formats
- Motivating participants and creating a positive learning and working environment
- Supervising individual work on assignments as part of project work
- Assessing project work
- Supporting further product development
- Teaching from a home office
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence (at least 2 years)
- Extensive knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence
- Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and/or professional experience in relevant areas
- Knowledge of AI fundamentals in reporting
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
- Knowledge of forecasting and scenario analysis
- Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection
- Knowledge of understanding and evaluating processes using AI
- Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence
- Experience with Power BI as the primary tool
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is desirable
- Ability to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel effectively and purposefully
- Please include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application
- Excellent German language skills, at C2 level, for delivering training
- Several years of experience as an online trainer is desirable
- Ideally, experience in publicly funded continuing education
- Experience applying innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions is desirable
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork are desirable
