Job Description
Teilzeit-Honorartrainer:in bei WBS Training für Controlling und Business Intelligence. Vermittlung von Power BI, KI-Tools und praxisnahen Lerninhalten im Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for learners’ progress and motivation
- Guiding and supporting learners as a coach in the flipped classroom model
- Encouraging active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Facilitating the exchange of knowledge through innovative formats
- Motivating participants and ensuring a positive learning and working environment
- Supporting learners with the individual completion of assignments as part of project work
- Assessing project work
- Supporting the further development of the product
- Teaching from a home office
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence (2+ years)
- Extensive knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence
- Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field and/or professional experience in relevant areas
- Knowledge of AI fundamentals in reporting
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
- Knowledge of forecasting and scenario planning
- Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection
- Knowledge of understanding and evaluating processes with AI
- Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) effectively to support work processes
- Include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application
- Excellent command of German, the training language (C2)
- Modern teaching methods and empathetic learner support
- Several years of professional experience as an online trainer, ideally in the context of publicly funded continuing education
- Use of innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team
