Job Description
Analista de Dados Pleno criando dashboards, análises e indicadores para a Mell.ro. Apoio a decisões comerciais, operacionais e financeiras com dados de funil, contratos e carteira.
Responsibilities:
- Support the company’s departments by understanding their problems, objectives, and required decisions.
- Translate commercial, operational, and financial needs into metrics and analyses.
- Build and update dashboards in Metabase.
- Analyze the complete funnel, including leads, registrations, published properties, analyses, contracts, and payments.
- Develop analyses of conversion, retention, reactivation, and customer portfolio potential.
- Track contracts generated, signed, active, closed, renewed, and originated through portability transfers.
- Monitor delinquency, the Aging List, Average Days Past Due, recoveries, and contracts eligible for negotiation.
- Support financial analyses related to advances, guarantees, repurchases, receivables, and FIDC funds.
- Create weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
- Identify deviations, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
- Present practical conclusions and recommendations.
- Validate results with requesters before finalizing deliverables.
- Document business rules, data sources, filters, and calculation criteria.
- Keep tasks, deadlines, blockers, and deliverables up to date in ClickUp.
- Partner with the Data leadership team and the person responsible for database infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Strong command of SQL for querying, joining, and validating data.
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Metabase.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data processing, and data quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to build dashboards and management reports.
- Experience with funnel, conversion, retention, and cohort metrics.
- Knowledge of commercial, financial, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to analyze delinquency, Aging Lists, and customer portfolio behavior.
- Ability to document queries, metrics, and business rules.
- Basic or intermediate Python knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
- Experience in fintech, proptech, credit, collections, receivables advances, or FIDC is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent technical education.
- English and Portuguese proficiency.
