Job Description

Business Intelligence Analyst transforming healthcare data into actionable insights for Pinnacle Treatment Centers’ addiction treatment services. Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations for strategic healthcare decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes
  • Present newly developed dashboards to field executives to ensure full understanding and utilization of reports
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and visualize healthcare data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • 1-3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data sets preferred
  • Experience analyzing clinical data sets, specifically behavioral health, including BAM-R, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 preferred
  • Multi-state, multi-site healthcare provider experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau Desktop/Cloud, and Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of data warehouse functions
  • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) system
  • Required proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Required 1 year of experience analyzing healthcare data sets
  • Required 1 year of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
