Job Description

Business Operations Coordinator at an e-commerce and distribution company handling operations and sales support. Involved in data analysis, portal coordination, and outbound communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track POS data, cost changes, and sales progress
  • Use **VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and formatting** to calculate, compare, and analyze data
  • Work with pre-built templates to organize large datasets and generate summaries
  • Manage B2B portals for resellers and manufacturers (new item setup, online placements, catalog submissions)
  • Pull data and create reports related to inventory, sales, chargebacks, or shipping issues
  • Keep internal tracking tools up to date with accurate info pulled from multiple portals
  • **Reach out via cold calls and follow-ups** to U.S.-based reseller reps and internal account managers
  • Keep sales reps aligned with goals, track objectives, and support client-facing progress updates
  • Assist in coordinating account check-ins, training decks, or quarterly performance presentations
  • Coordinate with both manufacturers and resellers to ensure alignment on launches, content, and updates
  • Support PIM system maintenance for image and copy management
  • Document SOPs and contribute to process improvement
  • Help manage ad hoc tasks including customer service escalations, pricing changes, or presentation assembly

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • **Advanced Excel user** – confident in **VLOOKUP, formulas, and spreadsheet logic**
  • Experienced with **cold calling** and outbound follow-up to internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with **retail portals, reseller platforms, or catalog systems**
  • Organized, consistent, and great at managing your time across multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Background in e-commerce, merchandising, customer service, or account coordination
