Job Description
Business systems lead documenting federal IT workflows and functional requirements for Chameleon Integrated Services. Coordinating UAT, training, defect acceptance, and Section 508 accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the PM and architect to document existing OCIG workflows
- Establish functional requirements
- Maintain the legacy-to-modern workflow equivalence matrix
- Develop UAT scenarios and scripts
- Coordinate user testing
- Document defects and acceptance
- Develop training materials
- Verify user-facing accessibility
- Preserve OCIG and executive workflows with demonstrated equivalence or approved improvement
- Deliver UAT plans, scripts, and results
- Provide administrator and super-user training
- Create quick-reference materials
- Ensure Section 508 compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, QA/UAT Lead, or comparable enterprise application role
- Experience documenting current and future workflows
- Requirements elicitation and traceability
- Business rules
- Use cases, user stories, and process flows
- UAT planning
- Test scenarios and scripts
- Defect triage and retesting
- Requirements-to-test traceability
- End-user and administrator documentation
- User training
- Strong writing ability
- Experience working directly with government or regulated end users
- At least 2–3 years with one or more of: Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Enterprise CRM, Government case-management, or investigations/audit/compliance systems
- Dynamics/Power Platform strongly preferred
- PL-200 preferred
- Section 508/WCAG testing familiarity preferred
- Audit/investigation/case-management workflows preferred
- Government Inspector General work preferred
- Microsoft accessibility testing preferred
- Power Automate workflow validation preferred
- Resume should demonstrate requirements workshops, workflow mapping, functional specifications, UAT ownership, defect tracking, training materials, and production acceptance
