Business Operations role collaborating with leadership on financial planning and decision-making at AI healthcare startup. Engaging in cross-functional projects to optimize operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO on financial planning, budgeting, and business operations, providing visibility into company performance and growth opportunities.

- Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions through market research, financial analysis, and strategic assessment, delivering clear recommendations to leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes that enable the business to grow efficiently alongside the technology.
- Lead complex, cross-functional special projects from concept to execution (e.g., evaluating new market entry strategies, optimizing customer pipelines, or structuring vendor opportunities).
- Take ownership of the company’s highest-priority operational challenges, stepping into whatever the business needs as we scale.
