Job Description
Business Process Analyst supporting GDIT’s federal EHR modernization and Indian Health Service missions. Managing acquisitions, task orders, reporting, and process improvement remotely across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and track acquisitions through the acquisition lifecycle
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Conduct Labor Category (LCAT) verifications for compliance with program requirements
- Route Project Work Authorization requests for approval and documentation
- Log, track, and report employee travel requests
- Assist Task Order Managers with projects
- Track and maintain Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs)
- Prepare and maintain Partner Call agendas
- Capture action items and ensure follow-up
- Create and maintain task order tracking artifacts
- Identify workflow optimization opportunities to reduce administrative bottlenecks
- Liaise between Task Order Managers and team members
- Support Federal EHR Modernization program activities and the Indian Health Service mission
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Administrative/Operations role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 5 Public Trust
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
- Concur, Workday, SC360, and PowerApps strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting Contract and Task Order Management functions on federal contracts preferred
- Familiarity with Indian Health Service systems, health IT programs, and associated compliance requirements preferred
- Experience preparing AIR forms, SOWs, and MPRs preferred
- Knowledge of GDIT or similar program-specific tools, policies, and processes preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within Indian Health Service
