Job Description

Project Manager/Business Analyst improving creative-team workflows, documentation, onboarding, and automation. Supporting scalable operations for a globally distributed creative production team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose scalable process improvements
  • Gather and structure stakeholder needs and translate them into clear requirements
  • Participate in designing new processes, tools, and automation solutions
  • Own operational and improvement initiatives from idea through implementation
  • Define project scope, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, manage risks, and drive projects to completion
  • Maintain and improve Creative Team documentation in Confluence
  • Coordinate onboarding and access to Confluence, Asana, internal knowledge resources, and other tools
  • Maintain onboarding checklists and supporting materials
  • Coordinate internal training through the company’s LMS
  • Support external educational projects, courses, and workshops
  • Support development and maintenance of a structured marketing database
  • Ensure database information remains relevant, organized, and regularly updated

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Production Manager
  • Ability to engage business stakeholders, break down chaotic processes into structured components, draft clear functional specifications, and oversee solution delivery
  • Prior experience automating back-office or production workflows within product-led technology companies or large advertising agencies is ideally preferred
  • High ownership and proactivity; ability to independently analyze systems, identify growth areas, propose solutions, and drive them to completion
  • Structured and systemic approach in fast-paced, uncertain environments
  • Ability to turn operational chaos into clear, structured algorithms
  • Understanding of the underlying logic of software systems, databases, and integrations
  • Coding and SQL knowledge are not required
  • Interest in Generative AI tools and experience integrating them into workflows is nice to have
  • Personal automation pet projects, including no-code or low-code workflows, are nice to have
  • Prior experience in creative production, marketing, or advertising agencies is nice to have
