Job Description
Business Systems Analysis Manager advancing Cisco’s AI-driven operational analytics and value management. Improving value measurement, cycle time, SDLC delivery, and enterprise decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Mature Cisco’s value measurement capabilities and establish consistent expectations, practices, and reporting for value delivery across Operations
- Use AI for root cause analysis and SDLC standards across development tools to increase delivery speed
- Enable Business Entity alignment and capability prioritization to improve delivery focus
- Mentor and partner with Operations teams to build, lead, and scale robust capabilities
- Analyze end-to-end cycle-time performance and identify hidden latency sources and bottlenecks
- Provide recommendations to improve operational velocity
- Develop and scale AI-augmented analytical capabilities, including value retrospectives, predictive progress insights, and portfolio-level data-quality resolution
- Enable performance management and future-focused decision-making
- Collaborate with operations leaders, development teams, IT partners, product teams, technical guides, and strategy partners in a matrixed environment
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Process or Operations Management, Data Science, or related fields at enterprise scale
- Increasing technical responsibility
- Effective collaboration across matrixed Operations, IT, Strategy, and Product teams
- Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Expertise in AI-driven analytics and advanced AI development best practices
- Experience with root cause analysis, predictive insights, and data-quality resolution
- Strong proficiency analyzing development metrics from GitHub and SonarQube
- Predictive analytics and automation for optimizing SDLC processes
- Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks and dependencies in complex operational workflows
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure data integrity
- Ability to implement optimization strategies improving accuracy and reliability of AI-augmented decision tools
- Preferred: leadership experience in enterprise value measurement, capability management, business execution, or portfolio governance
- Preferred: experience leading strategic operations, business execution, value management, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Preferred: ability to define, measure, and communicate business value, outcomes, and performance metrics
- Preferred: experience with capability prioritization, value management reporting, or large-scale agile planning and execution
- Preferred: track record of improving operational efficiency, value realization, cycle time, or delivery predictability
- Preferred: experience developing scalable frameworks, standard processes, and enablement approaches
