Job Description
CRM Analyst optimizing automated journeys and multichannel orchestration in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborating with data team and analyzing KPIs for conversion improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring personalization for the Test Preparation business unit (BU).
- Configure multichannel orchestration (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push) using Journey Builder.
- Analyze journey performance KPIs and run A/B tests to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure Data Extensions are prepared for use in automations.
- Support platform organization by maintaining folders, filters, and standardized naming conventions.
- Translate business requirements into logical flows within Contact Builder and Automation Studio.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (approximately 2 years) working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Intermediate HTML/CSS skills for template adjustments.
- Analytical ability to interpret dashboards and recommend adjustments to communication cadences/journeys.
- Nice to have: SQL knowledge for querying Data Extensions.
