Job Description
Capture Director responsible for leading business development and capture strategies in Defense Division. Collaborating with executives to secure contracts through competitive assessments and win strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the business development processes in conjunction with business development executives and solution architects
- Lead development and execution of win strategies from opportunity qualification through proposal submission
- Manage effective execution of capture pursuits while following the business development process and gate controls
- Develop and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers and partners
- Shape opportunities throughout the opportunity life-cycle to increase probability of win
- Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency in all business dealings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related experience in Capture/Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong background in leading captures focused on IT Services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud and Cyber solutions
- Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration
- US Citizenship required
