Job Description
Chief Revenue Officer for AI Purchasing Agent startup. Building monetisation models and partnerships in pre-PMF phase with strong decision-making autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and testing the first monetisation models, including: agent-as-a-service (B2B), affiliate / CPA, revshare od GMV, subscription / usage-based pricing
- Building and developing partnerships with merchants, marketplaces, affiliate networks
- Defining and executing pricing and revenue experiments
- Designing and analysing key KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnel, retention, payback
- Collaborating with product and tech on: conversion optimisation, reducing friction in the purchase path, improving cash flow
- Onboarding the first key strategic partners
- Creating pitches and revenue materials for investors
- Active participation in product strategy as a member of the founding team
Requirements:
- At least 5-7+ years of proven track record in growth/monetisation/partnerships in start-ups or marketplaces
- Documented experience in: affiliate, revshare, e-commerce / travel / fintech partnerships
- Very strong analytical thinking (data → hypothesis → experiment → result)
- Ability to build revenue from scratch, without a large team
- Comfortable working in conditions of uncertainty (pre-PMF)
- Founder mindset - ownership, speed, responsibility
- Excellent negotiation and value selling skills (not 'feature selling')
- C1+ level of spoken and written English
