Job Description

Player Support Agent engaging with gamers, providing technical support and player feedback at Keywords Studios. Collaborating with developers to enhance player experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and delivering prompt, quality responses to players' questions.
  • Providing valuable feedback to our developers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for project-related requests.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed reports to streamline processes.
  • Gathering and delivering player feedback according to established procedures.
  • Providing translations when required.
  • Contributing to high-quality standards through the QC process.

Requirements:

  • Native level language skills in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin) & Business level language skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work in a morning, afternoon, or night shift.
  • Experience in the service industry or as a customer support agent.
  • Previous working experience in the gaming industry.
  • Pasion for games!
