Job Description
Player Support Agent engaging with gamers, providing technical support and player feedback at Keywords Studios. Collaborating with developers to enhance player experience.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating and delivering prompt, quality responses to players' questions.
- Providing valuable feedback to our developers.
- Collaborating with internal teams for project-related requests.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed reports to streamline processes.
- Gathering and delivering player feedback according to established procedures.
- Providing translations when required.
- Contributing to high-quality standards through the QC process.
Requirements:
- Native level language skills in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin) & Business level language skills in English.
- Flexibility to work in a morning, afternoon, or night shift.
- Experience in the service industry or as a customer support agent.
- Previous working experience in the gaming industry.
- Pasion for games!
