Job Description
Church Recruitment Manager promoting Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree program to churches in specified territories. Responsible for recruiting new churches while managing regional events and relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
- Employ expert level 'sales' skills to recruit new and lapsed churches to register for the Angel Tree program resulting in 100% coverage of children within their territory
- Manage the resourcing and execution of all Angel Tree recruitment events and registrations within areas of need
- Develop solid knowledge base across all PF programs, with a deep understanding of Angel Tree Christmas implementation
- Maintain leads from various sources, employing various tactics to move leads through pipeline towards achieving annual recruitment goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years in church/parachurch leadership role
- 3+ sales related/territory experience
- Must reside in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI
- Experience with or knowledge of Celebrate Recovery preferred
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce
- Ability to learn new technology as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift office products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
