Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting independent contractors for diverse language needs at Reviver Global. Seeking motivated individuals with experience in talent acquisition and flexibility for global outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors from various regions based on language requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language skills and qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Can do mass hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed.
  • Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
