Job Description

City Manager in national concierge network managing short-term rentals. Engaging with property owners for effective management across various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be ALB's local point of contact in your area.
  • Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (Apartments, Houses, Villas, Chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations...).
  • Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
  • Freedom: Organize your time and work from where you want (partial remote work / field work).

Requirements:

  • Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
  • Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other sector — it’s your willingness to learn and commitment to quality that matter.
  • Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
