Job Description

Claims Coordinator I responsible for entering claims data into the system and supporting claim adjusters in a remote setting. Role involves administrative duties related to handling claims inquiries and notifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new losses into the Claim System
  • Research new losses
  • Assign new losses
  • Assist with covering phones at the front desk

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year clerical work experience required
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required
