Job Description
Client Accounting Manager in a remote role managing small business accounting and client relationships. Seeking someone with eCommerce experience and a passion for helping businesses thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Manage small business accounting automation tools
- Oversee and improve routine accounting processes
- Train and coordinate the work of bookkeepers and consultants
- Prepare financial reports and handle complex accounting entries
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in small business accounting
- Experience with eCommerce
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, A2X, and Gusto
- Ability to self-teach and develop proficiency with technology and software
- Experience with business income tax and sales tax returns (bonus, but not required)
