Job Description
Director of E-commerce Operations focusing on online sales strategy and customer satisfaction at a health technology company. Leading digital marketing and cross-functional collaboration for enhanced performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire online sales ecosystem, focusing on strategy, platform management, digital marketing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive online revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee website development, optimize user experience (UX), manage digital campaigns, control inventory/logistics, analyze KPIs, and integrate tech (like ERP/WMS) with marketing, IT, and supply chain for seamless operations from browse to fulfillment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies, set goals, analyze trends, and explore new sales channels.
- Oversee the e-commerce platform (website, mobile) ensuring functionality, performance, and seamless integration with other systems.
- Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Manage day-to-day operations including order processing, inventory management, logistics, and third-party relationships.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and use insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and satisfying experience.
- Work closely with Marketing, IT, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay competitive.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.
- Experience driving E-Commerce Strategy, building or scaling e‑commerce in large, complex organizations
- Well-versed with Go-to-market planning, segmentation and targeting
- Proven e‑commerce / digital commerce leadership
- Experience working in regulated industries
- Familiarity with healthcare or medtech is helpful
