Job Description

Creative Strategist developing winning ad strategies and content for a global staffing agency. Leading video production and optimizing for high-performance creatives in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop **creative briefs and ad angles** for video and design teams
  • Write and refine **high-converting ad copy** based on buyer persona insights
  • Direct **video production**, including B-roll selection and script improvements
  • Act as the **strategic lead** for the creative team, providing clear direction and insights
  • Test, validate, and iterate on ad angles (e.g., knee joint, finger joint, hip joint)
  • Continuously optimize creatives based on **performance data and insights**

Requirements:

  • Expert-level **copywriting skills** for direct response ads
  • Strong understanding of **buyer psychology and personas**
  • Solid knowledge of **media buying and ad performance metrics**
  • Experience in **video production direction** and content structuring
  • Ability to create and guide **static ad concepts**
  • Highly **data-driven mindset** (decisions based on performance, not personal preference)
