Job Description
Creative Strategist developing winning ad strategies and content for a global staffing agency. Leading video production and optimizing for high-performance creatives in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop **creative briefs and ad angles** for video and design teams
- Write and refine **high-converting ad copy** based on buyer persona insights
- Direct **video production**, including B-roll selection and script improvements
- Act as the **strategic lead** for the creative team, providing clear direction and insights
- Test, validate, and iterate on ad angles (e.g., knee joint, finger joint, hip joint)
- Continuously optimize creatives based on **performance data and insights**
Requirements:
- Expert-level **copywriting skills** for direct response ads
- Strong understanding of **buyer psychology and personas**
- Solid knowledge of **media buying and ad performance metrics**
- Experience in **video production direction** and content structuring
- Ability to create and guide **static ad concepts**
- Highly **data-driven mindset** (decisions based on performance, not personal preference)
