Job Description

Regional Key Account Manager responsible for business development within e-Commerce at CEVA Logistics. Evaluating market opportunities, leading client negotiations, and managing P&L across Europe and IMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of new and existing business within the e-Commerce sector across Europe & IMEA
  • Evaluating the regional market to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Active solutions selling and client development
  • Lead in the development and implementation of regional account plan
  • Relationship building at ‘C’ level, competitor analysis, stakeholder mapping, solution selling, and account strategy
  • Identify, qualify and develop opportunities from ‘contact to contract’
  • Lead complex negotiations ensuring compliance and local legal procedures
  • Manage P&L and account receivable across all business lines
  • Providing regular reports and business overviews to stakeholders to showcase successes and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Significant knowledge and experience in Contract Logistics
  • B2C fulfilment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Air, Ocean and Ground & Rail is preferred
  • The e-Commerce sector knowledge is preferred
  • Strong commercial and business acumen skills
  • Natural negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to build strategic partnerships
  • Experience of working in a global/regional matrixed organisation
  • Excellent communication with proficiency in English
  • Other language is a plus
