Job Description
Project Manager handling 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at Jolly Commerce LLP. Ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery quality while coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room.
- You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.
- You will be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy.
- You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.
- You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients)
- Use AI and is comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI
