Job Description

Client Delivery Manager managing key enterprise clients with a focus on basketball engagement. Driving project delivery across product, engineering, and operations while ensuring quality and client autonomy.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the account forward every day
  • Pull together product, engineering, delivery and operations
  • Ensure shipping quality and substance to the client
  • Main point of contact for client requests
  • Own account planning and client reporting
  • Handle incidents and escalations with calm
  • Use the right tools to move faster

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships
  • Critical thinking about client needs
  • Ability to work across teams without formal authority
  • Comfortable communicating complex ideas simply
  • Must work US Eastern Time hours
  • Genuine interest in basketball.
