Job Description
Client Delivery Manager managing key enterprise clients with a focus on basketball engagement. Driving project delivery across product, engineering, and operations while ensuring quality and client autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the account forward every day
- Pull together product, engineering, delivery and operations
- Ensure shipping quality and substance to the client
- Main point of contact for client requests
- Own account planning and client reporting
- Handle incidents and escalations with calm
- Use the right tools to move faster
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships
- Critical thinking about client needs
- Ability to work across teams without formal authority
- Comfortable communicating complex ideas simply
- Must work US Eastern Time hours
- Genuine interest in basketball.
