Job Description

Client Experience Manager overseeing a team and facilitating client communications in a remote environment. Support for franchise needs and project management for substantial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages team members by overseeing workload, managing PTO, coaching and training, and having 1:1s
  • Reports and escalates critical information to VP of Client Experience
  • Supports with client communication and retention efforts
  • Project management and organization support for large clients
  • Supports our franchisees with account needs
  • Support leadership with various initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience at Hite
  • Highly organized
  • Exemplary communication skills both internally and with clients
  • Confidence to lead difficult projects and conversations internally and externally
  • Strong emotional regulation and emotional intelligence
