Job Description
Client Experience Manager overseeing a team and facilitating client communications in a remote environment. Support for franchise needs and project management for substantial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manages team members by overseeing workload, managing PTO, coaching and training, and having 1:1s
- Reports and escalates critical information to VP of Client Experience
- Supports with client communication and retention efforts
- Project management and organization support for large clients
- Supports our franchisees with account needs
- Support leadership with various initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience at Hite
- Highly organized
- Exemplary communication skills both internally and with clients
- Confidence to lead difficult projects and conversations internally and externally
- Strong emotional regulation and emotional intelligence
