Job Description

Client Operations Director overseeing operations across multiple clinics and home-based service regions. Leading teams and ensuring high-quality care in Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia, New Mexico, and Utah.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor multi-state Operations Managers
  • Ensure operational excellence, including client satisfaction, service fulfillment, and technician engagement
  • Oversee complex client escalations and service disruptions with a family-centered approach
  • Partner with leadership to scale operations, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvement
  • Track performance metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions that make a real impact

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations
  • 3+ years leading managers or senior teams
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care
  • Comfortable with EMRs, scheduling systems, and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced degree a plus)
