Job Description
Member Operations Specialist managing operational workflows for Vira Health's virtual clinics. Ensuring high standards in clinical operations amid a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Run our clinics, daily.
- Be the first responder for members.
- Own clinical governance and compliance workflows.
- Improve how we work.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in clinical operations, virtual care, or healthcare member support.
- Working knowledge of the US healthcare system is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, paired with the drive to improve.
- Full ownership in a remote, async environment.
- Strong prioritisation across competing queues and timezones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable across digital platforms and health technology tools.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental in all member interactions.
