Job Description

Client Services Manager managing enterprise accounts for a rapidly expanding tech-led organization delivering innovative digital services. Building relationships and ensuring outstanding service for strategic partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
  • Manage client onboarding and implementation activities
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
  • Support invoicing, billing queries and contractor coordination where required
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Communicate new products, services and business updates to clients
  • Utilise AI tools to improve communication, reporting and administrative efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Client Services, Account Management or Customer Success
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM and project management platforms
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Desirable Experience within SaaS, digital media or technology businesses
  • Knowledge of project delivery processes
  • Familiarity with Asana, Notion, Everhour or similar tools
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
