Job Description
Client Services Manager managing enterprise accounts for a rapidly expanding tech-led organization delivering innovative digital services. Building relationships and ensuring outstanding service for strategic partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts
- Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
- Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Manage client onboarding and implementation activities
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
- Support invoicing, billing queries and contractor coordination where required
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Communicate new products, services and business updates to clients
- Utilise AI tools to improve communication, reporting and administrative efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in Client Services, Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM and project management platforms
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Desirable Experience within SaaS, digital media or technology businesses
- Knowledge of project delivery processes
- Familiarity with Asana, Notion, Everhour or similar tools
- Experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
