Job Description
Client Success Manager at brightfin managing customer satisfaction and contractual deliverables. Overseeing customer interactions and ensuring service quality in IT financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the delivery of contractual scope for each customer within portfolio
- Customer satisfaction and scope management
- Creating and delivering quarterly business reviews
- Identifying business value and aligning services with client objectives
- Preventing customer and/or revenue churn
- Defining and executing product adoption and customer retention plans
- Coordinating with operational departments for service levels
- Handling customer and vendor escalations
- Owning customer portfolio and delivering contracted services
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years’ experience working in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or similar customer success environment
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
- Strong aptitude for cross team collaboration and critical thinking
- Ability to lead customer escalation and expectation setting
- Moderate computer skills and typing ability
- Organized and punctual in task completion
- high school diploma or equivalent required
