Job Description
Clinical recruiter sourcing and screening anesthesia professionals for U.S. healthcare staffing operations. Managing contracts, placements, onboarding, compliance, and market analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Source anesthesia professionals using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting methods
- Screen candidates through CV reviews and phone interviews
- Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives
- Negotiate contract terms with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates, including compensation, benefits, and work schedules
- Facilitate contract amendments and resolve contract-related issues or discrepancies
- Advocate and act as liaison between clients and candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities
- Facilitate placement from initial contact through job offer negotiation
- Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure paperwork and credentials are completed timely
- Monitor anesthesia staffing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Analyze market data to identify business development and growth opportunities
- Ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist in constructing and distributing reports for Operations and Clinical Leadership Teams
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in anesthesia specialty
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM), and other recruitment tools
- Experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and social media sourcing is ideal
