Job Description
Clinical Territory Associate developing da Vinci robotic-surgery programs for Intuitive, a robotic-assisted surgery company. Supporting surgical teams, customer training, product demonstrations, and regional sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business
- Train to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties
- Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory
- Support the region by maximizing utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems
- Lead product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other customers
- Provide case support and guidance, insight, and training to surgical teams using the da Vinci Surgical System
- Contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling activities, and customer support training
- Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events to increase system awareness and procedure adoption
- Manage reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online modules using required company software
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience
- Fluent in English and German required
- Ambition and strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to travel up to 50%
