Job Description

Cloud/network engineer integrating Databricks on AWS GovCloud for Accenture Federal Services. Building multi-cloud connectivity across AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and on-premises systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the client's first enterprise deployment of Databricks on AWS GovCloud
  • Build and configure network connections between Databricks workspaces and AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and on-premises systems
  • Establish reliable connectivity patterns for a federal data engineering environment
  • Apply private endpoints, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and on-premises gateway patterns
  • Configure cloud networking components and AWS VPC design and routing
  • Support identity-related routing across network zones and workspace provisioning
  • Configure AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor for network visibility and logging
  • Collaborate with platform engineers, security teams, cloud architects, and stakeholders on network designs

Requirements:

  • About 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud networking or hybrid connectivity
  • Experience with at least one major connectivity model such as Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, or site to site VPNs
  • Familiarity with basic routing and networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTPS
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
  • Exposure to AWS or Azure monitoring tools
  • Public Trust clearance level
  • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
