Job Description
PTC Windchill architect leading scalable PLM design, customization, integrations, and migrations. Delivering engineering solutions for Capgemini Engineering’s global technology transformation clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across multiple modules and business domains
- Manage configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet client-specific needs
- Oversee data migration and transformation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership
- Deep expertise in PTC Windchill products including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools
- Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience managing remote teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions
