Job Description
Cold Email Marketing Manager responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound cold email campaigns for medical and healthcare clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire cold email system from A to Z
- Set up domains, inboxes, and infrastructure
- Build and execute campaign strategy
- Write or direct high-converting copy
- Handle warm up and deliverability
- Launch campaigns and monitor performance daily
- Test, optimize, and scale what’s working
- Track metrics and continuously improve results
Requirements:
- Proven results with cold email at scale
- Strong understanding of deliverability and inbox placement
- Ability to write or oversee high-performing copy
- Experience testing and scaling campaigns
- Data-driven mindset
- Someone who takes full ownership and gets things done
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
- Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
- Workspace: Quiet, professional environment
