Job Description
Comercial Analyst supporting client onboarding and satisfaction in a logistics company. Involves integrating clients and maintaining excellent communication and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the client onboarding/integration process between the company and the client
- Conduct periodic client maintenance visits
- Prepare meeting minutes with clients
- Prepare, analyze and present client performance reports
- Manage annual renewal of commercial proposals
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Preferred education: Postgraduate studies (in progress)
- Experience in Foreign Trade (International Trade)
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
