Job Description

Commercial District Sales Manager responsible for dealer relations and business plans in DC/Baltimore area. Facilitating sales objectives and managing dealer compliance across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume territorial responsibility in the Washington DC/Baltimore, Central PA, Delaware and Northern Virginia area.
  • Act as a consultant to the dealers by working together with them on development and implementation of their business plans.
  • Facilitate, coach, and consult with dealers to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met.
  • Manage dealer compliance of the Business Elite program.
  • Oversee the Commercial Truck Club in your sales district to grow membership and deliver value added content to members.
  • Actively engage in driving Business Elite Dealer participation in the Business Elite Fleet solutions process.
  • Improve OnStar Package Sales and OVI telematics sales across all stores.
  • Implement commercial digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Improve commercial website presence and increase lead generating activities.
  • Analyze dealer sales, local market conditions and competition to identify specific sales opportunities.
  • Provide support in implementing regional and local B2B sales tactics.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years demonstrated success in a field-base sales and customer service
  • Skilled in the use of the entire Microsoft suite of business products
  • Computer skills to develop, maintain, and analyze data
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas (preferred)
  • Dealership/automotive experience (preferred)
  • B2B Sales Fleet Account Management (preferred)
  • AI experience (preferred)
