Job Description
Senior Service Sales Representative developing solutions for HVAC and mechanical projects. Building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, meeting sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and develop project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical including service agreements for commercial and industrial clients.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and create a backlog of work to support short and long-term goals.
- Be a trusted advisor to C-Suites of large customers.
- Manage 5-7 key accounts effectively.
- Source and contact potential clients weekly, documenting and reporting findings accurately.
- Maintain and update CRM software regularly.
- Generate additional work for Services and maintain higher profit margins.
- Actively participate in relevant training.
- Suggest upgrades and develop/present solutions based on offerings.
- Monitor and report meetings or exceed sales plan goals.
Requirements:
- Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales, selling owner-direct projects and maintenance agreements.
- Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually.
- Proven track record of account management and retention.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Innovative ideas for excellent customer care.
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls and visit potential clients.
- Professional manner and appearance.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
